为了测定血吸虫的呼吸,我们建立了氧电极测定系统。本文对氧电极测氧的原理,测定系统的组成以及仪器的使用方法和结果计算等作了概括的阐明。同时还介绍了本仪器应用于日本血吸虫生化研究的两个实例。对本仪器的使用情况进行了讨论。认为氧电极测定系统在日本血吸虫生化研究上的应用结果是满意的。它显示了简便、快速、灵敏等优点。讨论中还述及了本仪器使用中应注意的问题。
In order to determine the respiration of schistosomes, we established an oxygen electrode assay system. In this paper, the oxygen electrode oxygen measurement principle, the determination of the composition of the system as well as the use of instruments and the results of the calculation were summarized. At the same time, two examples of biochemical research on Schistosoma japonicum used in this instrument are also introduced. The use of the instrument was discussed. It is satisfied that the oxygen electrode determination system is applied in the biochemical research of Schistosoma japonicum. It shows the advantages of simple, fast, sensitive and so on. The discussion also addressed the issues that should be noted when using this instrument.
