目的探讨双能量CTA(DU-CTA)在颅内多发动脉瘤中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析27例颅内多发动脉瘤的临床表现及DU-CTA征象,并将原始数据进行容积再现(VR),最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)等后处理技术处理。结果 27例患者检出动脉瘤个数60个,其中动脉瘤个数为2个者22例,3个者4例,4个者1例。其中以动脉瘤个数为单位,位于颈内动脉系52个,位于椎-基底动脉系6个。结论 DU-CTA是一种无创、快速、安全、对多发动脉瘤检出率高的影像学方法,可作为首要筛选检查方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of dual-energy CTA (DU-CTA) in multiple intracranial aneurysms. Methods The clinical manifestations and signs of DU-CTA in 27 cases of intracranial multiple aneurysms were retrospectively analyzed. The raw data were processed by VR, MIP, and MPR. Results The number of aneurysms detected in 27 cases was 60, including 2 aneurysms in 22 cases, 3 cases in 4 cases and 4 cases in 1 case. Among them, the number of aneurysms in the Department of internal carotid artery in 52, located in the vertebro-basilar artery 6. Conclusions DU-CTA is a noninvasive, rapid and safe imaging method with high detection rate for multiple aneurysms and can be used as the primary screening test.
