采用微波免疫组织化学染色方法对54例经外科治疗的脑肿瘤随访标本进行研究。结果显示在47例随访超过或达到2年的脑肿瘤患者中,P53的阳性率为40.4%,P53阳性与脑肿瘤患者预后不相关(X~2=0.723。P>0.05)。在Ⅰ~Ⅱ级星形细胞瘤中,P53阳性率为48.3%,其与预后有明显统计学的意义(X~2=4.15,P<0.05)。这表明P53在Ⅰ~Ⅱ级星形细胞瘤中有着更为密切的关系并在其发生、发展上起着重要的作用。
54 cases of surgically treated brain tumors were studied by microwave immunohistochemical staining. The results showed that the positive rate of P53 was 47.4% in patients with brain tumors over 2 years or up to 2 years. The positive rate of P53 was not correlated with the prognosis of brain tumors (X ~ 2 = 0.723, P> 0.05). In Grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ astrocytomas, the positive rate of P53 was 48.3%, which was significantly different from the prognosis (X ~ 2 = 4.15, P <0.05). This indicates that P53 has a close relationship in grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ astrocytoma and plays an important role in its occurrence and development.
