文章采用乳化交联法成功地制备出形貌好去除Cu2+能力强的壳聚糖/羟基磷灰石复合材料,用SEM对其形貌进行了表征并研究了其对水体中Cu2+的吸附行为。SEM扫描结果显示:复合材料为表面粗糙、粒径为微米级的规则球形颗粒,并有类网球的结构;实验结果表明:复合材料在Cu2+溶液中180 min时达到吸附平衡,吸附能力明显强于改性前的壳聚糖单体的吸附能力,吸附符合准二级动力学方程和Freundlich等温吸附模型。
In this paper, chitosan / hydroxyapatite composites with high Cu2 + removal ability were successfully prepared by emulsion cross-linking method. Their morphologies were characterized by SEM and their adsorption behaviors on Cu2 + in water were studied. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results showed that the composite material was a regular spherical particle with micrometer-scale surface and a tennis ball-like structure. The experimental results showed that the composite reached adsorption equilibrium in Cu2 + solution for 180 min, The adsorption capacity of chitosan monomers before modification is in accordance with quasi-second-order kinetic equation and Freundlich adsorption isotherm model.
