针对锂电池组单体电压采样与滤波处理问题,提出了航空锂电池组单体电压采样窗函数滤波方法。该方法通过分析窗函数滤波基本原理,研究其中窗宽度对信号采样的影响,实现对航空锂电池组单体电压信号实时有效检测。实验结果表明,在航空锂电池组单体电压信号采样中,该方法能够有效解决采样精度与采样时间的矛盾,信号采样及处理周期为20ms,单体电压检测精度高于5‰FS。提出的信号采样窗函数滤波方法能够有效解决实时高精度采样问题,通过实时检测有效保证航空锂电池组安全性。
Aiming at the problem of single voltage sampling and filtering of lithium battery packs, a single-voltage sampling window function filtering method for lithium-ion battery pack is proposed. The method analyzes the basic principle of window function filtering to study the influence of the window width on the signal sampling, and realizes the real-time and effective detection of the single voltage signal of the aviation lithium battery. The experimental results show that this method can effectively solve the contradiction between sampling accuracy and sampling time. The sampling period of the signal is 20ms and the detection accuracy of single voltage is higher than 5 ‰ FS. The proposed signal sampling window function filtering method can effectively solve the real-time high-precision sampling problem, and effectively ensure the safety of aviation lithium battery pack by real-time detection.
