我国的农药工业是在仿制国外品种的基础上发展壮大起来的。改革开放初期,国内常用的农药品种中具有自主知识产权的创制品种几乎为零,高毒农药的比例在30%左右,农药工业面临着知识产权保护和环境保护的双重压力。为改变这种状况,国家将新农药创制列为科技攻关计划重大项目。杀菌剂氟吗啉则是受益于该计划的我国第一个具有自主知识产权的农药新品种,实现了农药创制“零”的突破。
China’s pesticide industry is based on the imitation of foreign varieties to grow and develop. In the early stage of reform and opening up, the number of homemade pesticides with independent intellectual property rights was almost zero, and the proportion of highly toxic pesticides was about 30%. Pesticide industry faced the dual pressures of intellectual property protection and environmental protection. In order to change this situation, the state listed new pesticide creation as a major project of its scientific and technological research program. Fungicide flumorph is the first Chinese new pesticide with independent intellectual property rights that has benefited from the project and achieved a breakthrough of “zero” in pesticide creation.
