对174例老年男性病员进行营养状况评价,结果为:体重正常者占47.7%,体重过重和不足检出率分别为31.1%和21.2%。体重正常者上臂围、上臂肌围、三头肌皮褶厚度低于90%理想值的分别为6.3%、7.5%和8.6%,血红蛋白低于1309/L者占13.2%,血清白蛋白低于359/L者占6.3%。体重过重者各项检查指标均正常。体重不足者所有检查指标均低于理想值的80%。对营养过剩的病员应控制总热能和脂肪的摄入,对营养不足的病员应加强营养支持。
The nutritional status of 174 elderly male patients was evaluated. The results showed that 47.7% of the patients were of normal weight, and 31.1% and 21.2% of them were overweight and under-qualified. Weight of normal arm, arm muscle circumference, triceps skin fold less than 90% of the ideal values were 6.3%, 7.5% and 8.6%, hemoglobin less than 1309 / L accounted for 13.2% , Serum albumin less than 359 / L accounted for 6.3%. Overweight were the indicators of the inspection were normal. All underweight test indicators are lower than the ideal value of 80%. Patients with overnutrition should control the total heat and fat intake, nutritional deficiencies of patients should strengthen nutritional support.
