本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水溶液为流动相,使用WondaSil C185μm为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外波长检测器,检测波长258nm,对氟啶脲.辛硫磷20%乳油进行的定量分析。结果表明,方法的标准偏差分别为0.039 6、0.059 7,变异系数为0.770%、0.393%,平均回收率为99.62%、99.59%,线性相关系数为0.999、0.999。
In this paper, the quantitative analysis of chlorfluazuron and phoxim 20% EC was carried out by using HPLC with acetonitrile + water as the mobile phase and using WondaSil C185 μm as the filler in stainless steel column and UV wavelength detector at the detection wavelength of 258 nm. The results showed that the standard deviations were 0.039 6,0.059 7, the coefficients of variation were 0.770% and 0.393%, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.62% and 99.59%, respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.999 and 0.999.
