依据JJG22-2003《内径千分尺》检定规程,内径千分尺检定中应注意以下事项:1.在测长机检定时测量头球面中心不应明显偏离测量轴心线。偏心主要是由于被测量面曲率半径R磨损造成的。偏心在测量工件时会造成接触点在边缘处,影响测量的准确度。2.检测微分头示值误差前要检查测微头的紧固装置是否有效,如果有松动的迹象要先紧固,否则检定结果会失效。测量每点示值误差时,应测得最大值,再进行读数,测量值减去参考值为该点的示值误差。3.检定测微头与接长杆尺寸时由于受重力、热膨胀及内应力等影响而引起的变形是无法避免的,它是影响测量结果准确的一个十分重要的原因。
According to JJG22-2003 “internal diameter micrometer” verification procedures, the internal diameter micrometer test should pay attention to the following matters: 1. It is inevitable that the deformation due to the influence of gravity, thermal expansion and internal stress when testing the micrometer head and the connecting rod is a very important factor that affects the accuracy of the measurement result.
