Scientists Martin Karplus, Michael Levitt and Arieh Warshel shared the 2013 Nobel Prize in Chemistry for designing multiscale models for complex systems. Capstone is currently a professor at the University of Strasbourg in France and a Harvard professor in the United States, and has dual nationalities in the United States and Austria. Levitt is currently a professor at the Stanford University School of Medicine in the United States and has dual nationalities in the United States and the United Kingdom. Vacheler is currently a University of Southern California Distinguished professor, with dual nationality of the United States and Israel. I.
