开发用于材料试验的声发射检测装置,与材料试验机组合起来,就能从材料试验机取出负荷和变形的信号,就能够把试验中发生的声发射与此时的负荷和变形关联起来测定。所以,就能够得到材料塑性变形和破坏相关的微观信息。另外,还可以在短时间内评价材料破坏的韧性值。检测的声发射、负荷和变形的数据由微型计算机自动处理和编辑,其结果打印出来。
