对２０例氟乙酰胺中毒的病儿进行了脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）和脑电图（ＥＥＧ）检查。发现病人临床病情轻重与ＢＡＥＰ及ＥＥＧ改变有着一定的关系。对中毒患儿脑功能变化的观察，ＥＥＧ改变较ＢＡＥＰ明显。患儿可发生继发性癫痫

对２０例氟乙酰胺中毒的病儿进行了脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）和脑电图（ＥＥＧ）检查。发现病人临床病情轻重与ＢＡＥＰ及ＥＥＧ改变有着一定的关系。对中毒患儿脑功能变化的观察，ＥＥＧ改变较ＢＡＥＰ明显。患儿可发生继发性癫痫。中毒症状临床痊愈最早，ＢＡＥＰ随后，ＥＥＧ最迟。病人的合并症恢复较慢。ＢＡＥＰ及ＥＥＧ改变对中毒患者病情判断、中毒后恢复期的巩固治疗及追踪检查及判断预后有着一定的意义
Twenty children with fluoroacetamide poisoning were examined by BAEP and EEG. Found that patients with clinical severity and BAEP and EEG changes have a certain relationship. Changes in brain function of children with poisoning observation, EEG changes than BAEP significantly. Children may develop secondary epilepsy. Symptoms of clinical symptoms of poisoning the earliest, BAEP, EEG the latest. Patients with complications recover more slowly. BAEP and EEG changes in patients with to determine the condition of poisoning, convalescent treatment of convalescent recovery and follow-up examination and prognosis of a certain significance
