激励机制建设是现代人力资源管理中制度建设的重要内容之一,本文则以此为主题展开论述。首先对激励机制内涵进行了简要介绍,然后,从认识、用人机制、员工福利、薪酬与考评等方面对我国现代企业激励机制建设中存在问题进行了简要分析,然后对出现问题的原因进行分析,之后针对问题出现的原因,有针对性地提出了应对策略。
Incentive mechanism construction is one of the important contents of the system construction in modern human resources management. This article starts with the theme. First of all, it briefly introduces the connotation of the incentive mechanism. Then, it briefly analyzes the existing problems in the construction of the incentive mechanism of modern Chinese enterprises from the aspects of cognition, employing mechanism, employee benefits, remuneration and appraisal, and then analyzes the causes of the problems. Afterwards, according to the reason of the problem, put forward the countermeasures in a targeted way.
