目的研究沙棘提取物对麻醉开胸犬血流动力学的影响。方法 24只犬随机分为4组,沙棘按4、16 mg/kg 2个剂量静脉滴注给药;阳性对照药舒血宁注射液组静脉滴注2.3 mg/kg;模型组静脉滴注生理盐水,记录给沙棘提取物后犬血流动力学各参数。结果与模型组比较,沙棘4、16 mg/kg组犬的心输出量(CO)、心肌血流量(MBF)、心脏指数(CI)、心搏指数(SI)增加(P<0.05、0.01),总外周阻力、冠脉阻力降低(P<0.05、0.01)。结论沙棘提取物具有明显改善麻醉开胸犬血流动力学的作用。
Objective To study the effect of seabuckthorn extract on hemodynamics in anesthetized open-chest dogs. Methods Twenty-four dogs were randomly divided into 4 groups. Seabuckthorn was administered intravenously at 4 and 16 mg/kg, and the positive control group Shuxuening Injection was administered intravenously at 2.3 mg/kg. The model group received intravenous drip physiology. In saline, the parameters of canine hemodynamics were recorded after extracting seabuckthorn. Results Compared with the model group, the cardiac output (CO), myocardial blood flow (MBF), heart index (CI) and heart rate index (SI) of the 4 and 16 mg/kg seabuckthorn dogs increased (P<0.05, 0.01). Total peripheral resistance and coronary resistance decreased (P<0.05, 0.01). Conclusion Seabuckthorn extract can significantly improve the hemodynamics of anesthetic open-chest dogs.
