目的:研究溃结安康汤对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠白介素(IL)影响及其作用机制。方法:健康W istar大鼠,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、补脾益肠丸组、SASP(柳氮磺胺吡啶)组、溃结安康汤组。TNBS乙/醇法建立溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型。分组灌胃治疗后,检测溃结大鼠结肠组织IL-10含量和IL-10蛋白表达。结果:模型组与正常组比较,IL-10含量降低、蛋白表达降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);补脾益肠丸组、SASP组、溃结安康汤组与模型组比较IL-10含量升高、蛋白表达升高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);溃结安康汤组与补脾益肠丸组、SASP组比较,IL-10含量升高明显、蛋白表达升高明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:溃结安康汤可以增加溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型中结肠组织IL-10含量和蛋白表达。
Objective: To study the effect of Kuijieankang decoction on interleukin (IL) in rats with ulcerative colitis and its mechanism. Methods: Healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, Bupi Yichang Pill group, SASP (sulfasalazine) group, and Kuijie Ankang Decoction group. A rat model of ulcerative colitis was established by TNBS/ethanol. After the group was treated by gavage, the IL-10 content and IL-10 protein expression in the colon tissue of the UC rats were detected. Results:Compared with the normal group, IL-10 content and protein expression were decreased in the model group compared with the normal group (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the BPI group, SASP group and Kuijieankang decoction group were compared. 10Increase in content and increase in protein expression were statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with Bupiyichang pill group and SASP group, the content of IL-10 was significantly increased and protein expression was significantly increased in the Kuijie Ankang Decoction group. Statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Kuijieankang decoction can increase the IL-10 content and protein expression in colon tissue of rats with ulcerative colitis.
