我们使用MDM2和p53单克隆抗体和免疫组化方法,研究了25例人慢性放射性皮肤溃疡,发现MDM2高表达阳性率为36%(9/25),p53高表达阳性率仅为8%(2/25)。结果表明MDM2,p53,基因和蛋白质的分子病理变化可能参与人放射性皮肤溃疡的癌前病变。
We used MDM2 and p53 monoclonal antibodies and immunohistochemical methods to study 25 cases of chronic radiation-induced skin ulcers and found that the positive rate of MDM2 expression was 36% (9/25) and the positive rate of p53 expression was only 8% (2 / 25). The results indicate that the molecular pathological changes of MDM2, p53, genes and proteins may be involved in precancerous lesions of human radioactive skin ulcers.
