目的:观察大剂量左氧氟沙星注射液1日1次给药治疗下呼吸道感染的有效性和安全性。方法:应用左氧氟沙星注射液500mg,1次/日静脉滴注,7～14d为一疗程,治疗92例下呼吸道感染患者。结果:痊愈率、有效率分别为61.96%、90.21%,不良反应轻微。结论:大剂量左氧氟沙星注射液治疗下呼吸道感染1日1次静脉给药使用方便,安全有效,不良反应轻微可以耐受。
Objective: To observe the effectiveness and safety of high-dose levofloxacin injection once a day for the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. Methods: Levofloxacin injection 500mg, 1 / day intravenous drip, 7 ~ 14d for a course of treatment of 92 cases of lower respiratory tract infection. Results: The cure rate and effective rate were 61.96% and 90.21% respectively, with mild adverse reactions. Conclusion: The high dose levofloxacin injection for the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection on the 1st of 1 intravenous administration easy to use, safe and effective, mild side effects can be tolerated.
