陕西秦龙电力股份有限公司成立于1997年,公司注册资本5亿元人民币,陕西省电力建设投资开发公司为控股股东。陕西秦龙电力股份有限公司(以下简称秦龙公司)以电力的生产和开发为主,是陕西省目前注册股本和资产规模较大的股份制公司之一。截至2002年底,秦龙公司拥有水电、火电总装机容量40.85万千瓦,总资产15.6亿多元,净资广8.8亿元,全年实现税后利润6800万元。公司目前正在积极推进股票发行上市工作。 秦龙公司经营的主要资产包括:二郎坝水力发电公司、陕西秦华发电有限责任公司(60％股权)、阶西渭河发电有限责任公司(19％股权)、陕西秦达房地产开发有限公司(60％股权)。同时,公司还代管经营略阳火力发电厂4＃、5＃机组和陕西天生桥水力发电公司资产。
Shaanxi Qin Long Power Co., Ltd. was established in 1997, the company registered capital of 500 million yuan, Shaanxi Province, power construction investment and development company as the controlling shareholder. Shaanxi Qinlong Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qinlong Company) is mainly engaged in the production and development of electric power and is one of the joint-stock companies with large registered capital and assets in Shaanxi Province. As of the end of 2002, Qinlong owns hydropower and thermal power with a total installed capacity of 408.5 thousand kilowatts, total assets of 1.56 billion yuan, net profit of 8.8 billion yuan and annual after-tax profit of 68 million yuan. The company is actively promoting the stock issuance and listing. The main assets operated by Qinlong Company include: Erlangba Hydropower Company, Shaanxi Qinhua Power Generation Co., Ltd. (60% equity), Step West Weihe Power Generation Co., Ltd. (19%), Shaanxi Qinda Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. % Stake). In the meantime, the company also manages the assets of 4 # and 5 # units of Lueyang Thermal Power Plant and the hydroelectric power generation company of Tianshengqiao in Shaanxi Province.
