我国住宅建筑工业化方兴未艾,随着人民生活水平的提高,建筑业生产能力的增强,其必将以更大规模展开。在建筑工业化发展之初就应对工业化住宅设计方法如何实现灵活、多样化建造等问题予以重视。 在工业化住宅设计中为了争取更大的灵活性,打破“单元定型”,选择较小的标准定型单位进行组合的做法不但在国外做过,近年来在我国工业化住宅设计方法的探讨中也有同样趋向。各地通过研究、探索或工程实践相继提出了一些新方法、新见解,按其所采用的标准
The industrialization of residential buildings in China is in the ascendant. With the improvement of people’s living standards and the increase in the production capacity of the construction industry, it will surely be launched on a larger scale. At the beginning of the development of industrialization of buildings, attention should be paid to the issue of how to achieve flexible and diversified construction of industrialized residential design methods.
