近年来,个人住房贷款业务发展迅速,为保证个人住房贷款质量,防范贷款风险,建设部、人民银行下发了《住房置业担保管理试行办法》。住房贷款担保成为各行开办个人住房贷款业务的机构用以规范操作、防范风险的重要手段,也解决了住宅金融市场长期存在的担保主体缺位的问题。 本文拟就城市住房置业担保的商业性贷款担保业务拓展讲行一些探索:
