随着航空事业的飞速发展,飞机从设计到制造都有了很大的进步。飞机发动机和各种设备的先进程度使得飞机本身安全可靠性提高,因飞机故障造成的事故减少,而因人的失误造成的事故,相对地增多。据近代有关飞机事故统计表明,人为因素占60%以上。导致事故发生的因素包括:决策能力、任务分配、应急能力等人的因素,而驾驶舱交流是其中尤为重要的。本文的目的就在于通过讨论,认识驾驶舱资源管理中良好的驾驶舱交流形成的重要性。达到保证飞行安全,提高飞行效率的目的。
With the rapid development of aviation, aircraft have made great progress from design to manufacture. The advanced level of aircraft engines and various equipment makes the aircraft itself more safe and reliable, with fewer accidents caused by aircraft faults and relatively more accidents caused by human errors.
