对CB机组外罩全纤维化炉衬改造前后的概况、改造用材料的主要性能、高温红外涂料对纤维的强化作用进行了详细描述。通过对改造前后外罩的热阻计算,以及现场热工测试表明,改造后的全纤维化炉衬外罩重量轻,保温性能好,响应和升温速度快,不仅满足了生产工艺要求的升温速度,有利于产品产量和质量的提高,而且强化了炉子的辐射传热,炉体散热损失大幅降低,热阻增大,节能显著。
Before and after the transformation of the full-fledged lining of CB unit casing, the main performance of the materials used for modification and the strengthening effect of the high-temperature infrared coating on the fibers were described in detail.
