随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展,政府采购成为一种行而有效的宏观调控手段。但是目前我国政府采购只是出于初级阶段,尚未建立系统的政府采购制度。本篇论文主要探析了我国政府采购存在的问题,严重影响政府宏观调控只能的实施和市场经济体系的建设,对策我们有针对性的提出相应的解决措施,以规范政府采购制度,最终为市场经济发展提供有效的财务管理手段。
