《体育与健康课程标准》指出:“体育与健康课程关注的核心是满足学生的需要和重视学生的情感体验,从课程设计到评价的各个环节激发调动学生的课堂参与热情,发挥教学活动中教师主导作用的同时,提高学生的学习积极性,发展他们的体育学习能力。”由此可见,构建高效的初中体育课堂应充分地发挥学生的主体性作用,激发他们的学习兴趣。在45分钟的课堂教学中,教师要科学安排教学内容,加强对学生的方法指导与情感教育,只有这样,才能顺利完成教学任务。
The “Sports and Health Curriculum Standards” pointed out that: “The core of the sports and health curriculum is to meet the needs of students and attach importance to the emotional experience of students. From the curriculum design to evaluation, all links stimulate the enthusiasm of students to participate in the classroom and play a role in teaching activities. While teachers play a leading role, students’ enthusiasm for learning is enhanced and their physical education ability is developed.” Therefore, constructing an effective junior high school sports class should give full play to students’ subjective role and stimulate their interest in learning. In the 45 minutes of classroom teaching, teachers should scientifically arrange teaching content and strengthen guidance and emotional education for students. Only in this way can the teaching tasks be successfully completed.
