研究了液压缸底锻件的调质工艺参数对锻件力学性能的影响。结果表明:经860℃油淬+560℃回火处理,工件满足力学性能指标,改进后的工艺能提高产品的质量,并降低能源消耗。
The effect of quenching and tempering parameters of hydraulic cylinder bottom forging on the mechanical properties of forging was studied. The results show that after the workpiece is tempered at 860 ℃ and tempered at 560 ℃, the workpieces meet the mechanical properties. The improved process can improve the quality of products and reduce the energy consumption.
