通过海南万宁试验站7年环境试验,积累了7A52铝合金环境1—7年海洋大气暴露试验数据,总结了7A52铝合金海洋大气环境试验腐蚀规律,拟合了7A52铝合金的海洋大气腐蚀失重曲线,开展了室内加速试验研究和相关性分析工作。研究发现用y=A2+(A1-A2)/(1+exp((x-x0)/dx))对7A52铝合金的海洋大气环境腐蚀失重曲线进行拟合可以表现出万宁海洋大气标准场的失重速率的变化趋势;7A52铝合金室内加速方法与7A52铝合金在万宁标准场海洋大气环境试验具有较好相关关系;7A52铝合金万宁标准场环境试验和室内加速试验腐蚀失重可建立相关关系式,模型误差小于12%。
