概况二滩工程是以发电为主、兼有木材过坝等综合利用的水电枢纽。由双曲拱坝、右岸泄洪隧洞、左岸地下厂房系统及过木道等主要建筑物组成(见图1、2、3)。二滩水电站正常蓄水位1200米,最大坝高240米,水库容积58亿米~3,装机300万千瓦。枢纽主要建筑物为一级,洪水标准按千年一遇洪水流量20600米~3/秒设计,万年一遇洪水流量25200米~3/秒校核;相应下游水位1034.8米和1038.1米。坝址位于川滇南北向构造带中段西部相对稳定的共和断块上,地震基本烈度七度,按八度设防。
Overview Ertan project is based on power generation, both through the dam and other comprehensive utilization of hydropower hub. It is composed of double-arch dam, right bank spillway tunnel, left bank underground powerhouse system and over main road (see figure 1, 2 and 3). Ertan Hydropower Station normal water level of 1,200 meters, the maximum dam height of 240 meters, the reservoir volume of 5.8 billion meters to 3, installed capacity of 3 million kilowatts. The main structure of the hub is Grade I. The flood standard is designed according to the annual flood flow rate of 20,600m ~ 3 / s, and the annual flooding flow rate is 25,200m ~ 3 / s. The corresponding downstream water level is 1034.8m and 1038.1m. The dam site is located on the Republican fault block, which is relatively stable in the western part of the north-south tectonic belt of Sichuan-Yunnan. The basic intensity of the earthquake is seven degrees and fortified at eight degrees.
