本文提出了用反相离子对高效液相色谱测定脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)在88%甲酸水解产物中鸟嘌呤加胞嘧啶的摩尔百分含量的方法,用阶式梯度技术分离五种碱基。
In this paper, a method for determining the mole percentage of guanine plus cytosine in deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) 88% formic acid hydrolyzate by reversed-phase ion-pair high performance liquid chromatography was proposed. Five kinds of bases were separated by cascade gradient technique.
