新闻出版署颁布《报纸质量管理标准》及其“实施细则”已近5年了。在读者中建立良好的形象和必要的社会信誉成为传媒努力的方向。但时至今日,差错问题仍像一只拦路虎,困扰着许多企业报。究其原因大致有以下几个方面。1.偶然论与必然论。多年来,对于差错问题,企业报人有不同的认识。一种观念认为,出错是偶然的,是一时的麻痹大意,下次认真些就会避免。持这种观念的人存有侥幸心理,杷希望寄托在下一次。
Press and Publication Administration promulgated the “newspaper quality management standards” and “Regulations” for nearly 5 years. To establish a good image and necessary social credibility among readers has become the direction of the media’s efforts. But up to now, the issue of error is still like a stumbling block, plaguing many enterprises. The reason is roughly the following aspects. Accidental theory and inevitable theory Over the years, there have been different understandings on business mistakes for the issue of errors. One idea is that mistakes are accidental, temporary paralysis, and will be avoided sometime seriously. People who hold this concept are lucky, loquat hope the next time.
