新课程的最终发生地是学校,新课程只能在学校中生成,课改的目的就是促进学生的发展、教师的发展、学校的发展。人们常说,有一个好校长就意味着有一所好学校,新课程的实施是否成功,学校的管理者尤其是校长起着关键的作用。新课程促进学校概念的变化,教育变得丰富多彩、复杂多变。学校校长要率先转变观念,在构建和谐社会、全面推进新课程改革的背景下,校长带领全体教师适应新的形势发展,在新课程背景下,如何提高教育教学管理的有效性?
