(1)西昆仑造山带经东昆仑与秦岭—大别造山带相连;祁连造山带东端在宝鸡、天水间与秦岭造山带相接,西端经阿尔金与西昆仑造山带相连。构成中国及邻区南、北大陆群之间的缝合带,代表一个消失的古洋盆,称之为古中国洋。古中国洋洋盆自西向东扩张,产生于晚元古代裂谷带,在400～350Ma期间关闭。(2)古中国洋盆西宽东窄,郯庐断裂以东迅速变窄,至朝鲜似乎已不存在洋壳,而以陆内裂谷与古太平洋相连。(3)古中国洋由两条扩张洋盆组成,其中西昆仑—东昆仑—秦岭—北淮阳为主洋盆,北祁连—昌马是支洋盆,两者之间为阿尔金、柴达木陆块。(4)古中国洋的扩张—消亡,形成了台内和陆缘不同的原型盆地。在离散阶段(Pt3—O2),台内出现裂谷、拗拉槽盆地,陆缘出现被动大陆边缘盆地、克拉通周边盆地;在会聚阶段(O3—D),台内发育台内坳陷,陆缘发育前陆盆地。
(1) The western Kunlun orogenic belt is linked to the Qinling-Dabie orogenic belt in the eastern Kunlun; the eastern end of the Qilian orogenic belt is connected to the Qinling orogenic belt in Baoji and Tianshui, and the western end is connected to the Western Kunlun orogenic belt in the western end. The suture between the southern and northern continents in China and its neighboring areas represents a vanishing ancient ocean called the ancient Chinese ocean. The paleo-ocean basin expanded from west to east and originated in the Late Proterozoic rift zone, and was closed during 400 ~ 350 Ma. (2) The paleocontinental basin in the west of China was narrow in the east and west, and rapidly narrowed to the east of the Tan-Lu fault. It seems that there is no oceanic crust in North Korea, and the intracontinental rift is connected with the ancient Pacific Ocean. (3) The ancient Chinese ocean consists of two expanses of oceanic basins, of which the Western Kunlun-East Kunlun-Qinling-Beihuaiyang Ocean is the main ocean, the North Qilian-Changma is the oceanic ocean basin, Qaidam land. (4) The expansion and disappearance of the ancient Chinese ocean resulted in the formation of prototype basins different between the interior and the continental margin. In the discrete stage (Pt3-O2), there are rift and atrophy basin in the platform, passive continental marginal basin and peri-carat basin around the continental margin.
