采用高效液相色谱法测定20%氟铃·辛乳油中氟铃脲、辛硫磷的含量。以150mm×4.6mm(i.d.)不锈钢柱为色谱柱,内装C18填充物(粒径5μm);以乙腈-水(体积比为61∶39)为流动相,检测波长为254.32nm。结果表明,该方法测得氟铃脲、辛硫磷标准偏差分别为0.04、0.29,变异系数分别为1.7%、1.4%,线性相关系数分别为0.9992、0.9999,回收率分别为98.84%、99.25%。本方法操作简单、灵敏度高。
The content of hexaflumuron and phoxim in 20% hexaflumuron and octanol was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. A 150 mm × 4.6 mm (i.d.) Stainless steel column was used as column, packed with C18 (particle size 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water (volume ratio of 61:39) and the detection wavelength was 254.32 nm. The results showed that the standard deviation of hexaflumuron and phoxim was 0.04,0.29 and 1.7% and 1.4%, respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.9992 and 0.999, the recoveries were 98.84% and 99.25%, respectively. . The method is simple, high sensitivity.
