PLC是可编程逻辑控制器的简称,目前对于PLC的应用还仅限于简单的数据收集、顺序控制以及PID反馈控制等,尽管程序的算法具备一定的稳定性。PLC作为自动化领域的主流控制系统,具有抗干扰能力、多功能性及可靠性,但是,由于工业化进程的加快以及过程控制对象的日益复杂,需要将先进控制融合到PLC当中。以下主要针对PLC先进控制策略研究,以及应用进行分析和讨论。
PLC is short for programmable logic controller. At present, the application of PLC is limited to simple data collection, sequence control and PID feedback control, although the algorithm of the program has some stability. As a mainstream control system in the field of automation, PLC has anti-interference ability, versatility and reliability. However, due to the progress of industrialization and the increasingly complex process control objects, PLCs need to be integrated into the PLC. The following mainly for PLC advanced control strategy research, as well as application analysis and discussion.
