本文介绍了焊接电弧微机模糊控制的原理和方法,设计了该系统的硬件和软件,并进行了TIG焊接试验。结果表明:该系统不仅对焊接参数变化的适应能力强,而且其动态过程快、平稳性好,电弧燃烧稳定,取得了良好的控制效果。
This paper introduces the principle and method of fuzzy control of welding arc microcomputer, designs the hardware and software of the system and conducts the TIG welding test. The results show that the system not only has strong adaptability to the variation of welding parameters, but also has the advantages of fast dynamic process, good stability and stable combustion of arc and good control effect.
