尿道下裂是男婴外生殖器最常见的一种先天性畸形,因为它发生在体表,故易被发现及诊断,但修复手术比较困难,矫治的方法种类繁多。回顾文献,虽然许多作者提出了各种改进的方法和设计,手术失败率有所下降,但常见的术后尿道瘘并发率仍然偏高,尚需进一步加以改进。我院十多年来对矫治尿道下裂所采用的手术方法也是多种多样的,大多数采用分期手术,少数也进行了一期手术,即在纠正阴茎弯曲的同时重建尿道。现将1961～1977年间的88例尿道下裂矫治手术的结果报道如下:
Hypospadias is the most common form of congenital malformations of male genitalia. Because it occurs on the surface of the body, it is easy to detect and diagnose. However, it is difficult to repair the operation and has a wide range of methods for correction. Review of the literature, although many authors proposed a variety of improved methods and designs, the failure rate of surgery decreased, but the common postoperative urethral fistula concurrent rate is still high, need to be further improved. Over the past 10 years our hospital for correction of hypospadias surgery methods used are varied, most of the staging surgery, a few also conducted a surgery, that is, to correct the penile curvature at the same time reconstruction of the urethra. The results of 88 cases of hypospadias correction surgery between 1961 and 1977 are reported as follows:
