1964年,我处施工中,民工约占职工总数的80%,这些民工是我处大桥施工的主要力量。因此,做好民工的管理教育工作,特别是做好民工的政治思想工作,充分调动民工的积极性,就成为极其重要的问题。我们本着积极教育,放手使用的精神,在民工的管理教育上,着重抓了阶级教育、技术练兵和组织管理三件事,从而不断地鼓舞了民工的革命干劲,克服了技工不足的困难,保证了施工任务的全面完成。
