我院1975年1月至1982年12月收治视网膜脱离1120例,其中黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离60例(5.35%),2例为双眼占3.33%。62只眼中54只眼经手术或激光治疗,8只眼未治。随访1～6年。现将临床观察所见报道如下:
Our hospital from January 1975 to December 1982 retinal detachment in 1120 cases, including macular hole retinal detachment in 60 cases (5.35%), two cases accounted for 3.33% of both eyes. Fifty-two eyes of 62 eyes underwent surgery or laser treatment and 8 eyes were untreated. Follow-up 1 ~ 6 years. The clinical observations are reported as follows:
