贪污侵吞公共财物,收受他人巨额贿赂,为亲友公司非法牟利,滥用职权造成国有资产严重损失,中石油昆仑天然气利用有限公司原执行董事兼总经理、党委书记陶玉春贪腐案自进入司法程序后就备受社会各界关注。该案涉案金额高达近3亿元,陶玉春又是中石油系统案件中的关键人物,广东省珠海市中级人民法院对该案先后进行两次开庭审理,并于2016年9月27日作出一审判决:以陶玉春犯贪污罪、挪用公款罪、为亲友非法牟利罪和国有公司人员滥用职权罪,数罪并罚执行有期徒刑23年,并处罚金750万元。
