建筑物的基底高程低于地下水位时,必须采取措施降低地下水位后才可以开挖基坑,以保证施工的正常进行。对于具有多元结构的建筑物地基,上层为弱透水层,下层为强透水层,并具有承压水位,或基坑要求的降深较大时,一般选用深井井点降低地下水位。结合具体工程实践,就深井井点降低地下水位的前期准备工作及施工过程中的有关问题提出一些控制质量的方法。
When the building’s basement elevation is lower than the groundwater level, measures must be taken to reduce the groundwater level before the foundation pit can be excavated to ensure the normal construction. For the foundation of buildings with multiple structures, when the upper layer is a weak aquitard, the lower is a strong water permeable layer and has a pressure bearing water level, or the deep descent required by the foundation pit is large, deep well points are generally selected to reduce the water table. In combination with the specific engineering practice, some methods to control the quality of groundwater level in deep well sites during the preparatory work of lowering groundwater level and related issues in the construction process are put forward.
