艺术设计专业在新形势下如何培养一个懂专业、重素质、懂管理的应用型复合人才,一直以来都是艺术设计教育所关注和探讨的重点问题。根据目前行业现状与地区发展对专业人才的需求特点,准确定位艺术设计专业人才培养目标,改革人才培养方案,服务地方经济发展等去找到人才培养模式的新特点。
Under the new situation, art design major has always been the focus of art design education, which focuses on how to develop applied talents who are professional, highly qualified and manageable. According to the present situation of the industry and the demand for the professionals in the regional development, we should accurately locate the training objectives of art design professionals, reform the training programs for talents, and serve the local economic development to find the new characteristics of the talent cultivation mode.
