【目的】研究健康新生儿失匹配负波的各指标及分布规律,为指导临床诊断治疗提供客观证据。【方法】使用听觉oddball范式对随机选择的56名产后2~3 d内健康新生儿进行声刺激,标准刺激和偏离刺激分别为1 000 Hz和2 000 Hz的纯音,二者概率比为4∶1。【结果】56名足月新生儿有35名出现失匹配负波,主要分布在额区,潜伏期在F3、F4、Fz点分别为(234±50)、(248±51)(、239±45)ms。左右半球(150~450)ms时间窗平均振幅未见显著性差异。【结论】健康新生儿可诱发出失匹配负波。
【Objective】 To study the indicators and distribution of mismatched negative waves in healthy newborn and provide objective evidence for guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment. 【Method】 Fifty-six healthy neonates with postnatal days 2 ~ 3 days were randomly selected using auditory oddball paradigm. The standard stimulation and deviation stimulation were 1 000 Hz and 2 000 Hz pure tones, respectively, with a probability ratio of 4: 1. 【Results】 35 of 56 full-term newborns appeared negative matching waves, mainly distributed in the frontal area with latency of (234 ± 50), (248 ± 51), and (239 ± 45) days at F3, F4 and Fz ) ms. There was no significant difference in the average amplitude of the time window between left and right hemispheres (150 ~ 450) ms. 【Conclusion】 Healthy newborns can induce mismatch negative waves.
