松散型高校图书馆联盟有别于紧密型图书馆联盟,因缺少政府的主导及专项资金支持,需要采用契约的方式而非权威机构来管理维系联盟的运行,实现较低程度的资源共享。文章基于自主管理的松散型高校图书馆联盟的运作机制包括自发组织的管理协调机制、馆长联席会议事机制、章程协议约束机制、中心馆辐射机制等功能作用进行了阐述。 Loose university library federation is different from the compact library consortia. Due to the lack of government dominance and special financial support, it is necessary to adopt the contract rather than the authority to manage the operation of the alliance and to achieve a lower level of resource sharing. This article elaborates on the functional mechanisms of the loosely operated university library consortia, including the spontaneous organizational management and coordination mechanism, the meeting mechanism of curators, the constitutional agreement and restraint mechanism, and the central hall’s radiation mechanism.
