我国城乡住宅建设速度发展很快,而拉线开关又是住宅建筑中不可缺少的日用电器。目前,我国生产和使用的拉线开关多采用立式无角棘轮结构,每拉动拉轮一次,棘轮便带动动触片旋转60°,利用动触片与静触片的接通与断开来控制电源。这种开关只能垂直安装,如装在顶棚上需加丁字木板既不美观,又不方便。下面介绍一种英国制造的并在国外市场大量销售的吸顶式拉线开关(编号 BS3676),电压250伏,电流分5安和15安两种。吸顶拉线开关基本上有二种不同结构型式,其外形略有不同,图1为拉动双摆压块的吸顶拉线开关的外形,其内部结构见图2,图3为拉动转动凸轮的吸顶拉线开关的外形,其内部结构见图4。
The speed of urban and rural residential construction in our country has developed rapidly, and the pull-wire switch is an indispensable household appliance in residential buildings. At present, China’s production and use of pull switch mostly uses vertical angleless ratchet structure. Each pulling pull wheel once, the ratchet will drive the moving contact piece to rotate by 60°, using the connection and disconnection of moving contact piece and static contact piece to control power supply. This type of switch can only be installed vertically. It is not only beautiful and inconvenient to install a T-board on the ceiling. The following describes a British-made ceiling cable puller (numbered BS3676), which is sold in large quantities in foreign markets. The voltage is 250V and the current is 5A and 15A. There are basically two different structure types of the ceiling pull switch, and its appearance is slightly different. Figure 1 shows the appearance of the ceiling pull switch that pulls the double swing pressure block. Its internal structure is shown in Figure 2, and Figure 3 shows the pull of the pull and rotate cam. The shape of the top pull switch is shown in Figure 4.
