目的了解单唾液酸四已糖神经节苷脂钠注射液(申捷注射液)在交发性耳聋治疗过程中的作用。方法系统回顾本科自2011年-2014年收治的112例突发性耳聋患者的资料,按治疗方案不同将其分为两组,观察银杏叶注射液组和银杏叶注射液+申捷注射液组的疗效对比。结果用银杏叶注射改善微循环治疗突发性耳聋,与银杏叶注射液合并申捷注射液治疗突发性耳聋组疗效无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液在临床上是被认可的神经功能保护剂,理论上应该对神经性耳聋及突发性耳聋等耳神经疾病有较好的疗效,但此研究结果提示此类药物对突发性耳聋的治疗无明显疗效,需在以后的临床工作中进一步观察其远期疗效。
Objective To understand the role of sodium monosialotetraoside sodium injection (Shenjie injection) in the treatment of delivery-induced deafness. Methods The data of 112 cases of sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from 2011 to 2014 were systematically reviewed and divided into two groups according to different treatment regimens. However, The results suggest that such drugs for the treatment of sudden deafness no significant effect, the need for further clinical work in the long-term efficacy.
