1989.4～1991.5,腔内放射治疗局部复发的食管癌28例,单纯腔内放疗21例,腔内加体外照射7例。剂量参考点为放射源轴中心线10mm,腔内放疗剂量700～1000cGy/次,每7～10天一次,总共2～4次。病变基本消失5例(18％),明显缩小13例(46％),改善6例(21％),不变2例(7％),疗后无X片不能评价2例(7％)。疗首无溃疡,疗后出现溃疡3/19(16％),疗前有溃疡,疗后溃疡消失2/9例(22％),溃疡缩小4/9例。疗前后有溃疡,疗后发生穿孔率为22％(2/9)。疗前无溃疡,疗后发生穿孔率为16％(3/19)。单纯腔内放疗的平均生存期6.7±4.2月,腔内加体外照射为8.2±4.2月。
1989.4 ~ 1991.5, intraluminal treatment of local recurrence of esophageal cancer in 28 cases, 21 cases of intraluminal radiotherapy alone, intracavitary plus external irradiation in 7 cases. Dose reference point for the radiation source axis centerline 10mm, cavity radiation dose 700 ~ 1000cGy / time, once every 7 to 10 days, a total of 2 to 4 times. There was no ulceration at the end of the treatment. After the treatment, ulcers appeared 3/19 (16%). Before treatment, there were ulcers. After treatment, ulcers disappeared in 2/9 cases (22%), and ulcers were reduced in 4/9 cases. There were ulcers before and after treatment, and the perforation rate after treatment was 22% (2/9). There was no ulcer before treatment, and the perforation rate after treatment was 16% (3/19). The average survival time of intraluminal radiotherapy alone was 6.7±4.2 months, and intravital plus external beam irradiation was 8.2±4.2 months.
