研究发现27keVAr+轰击Mg-Ni合金表面引起的氢化效应增强与束流剂量有关,建议用催化相表面变化模型来讨论由离子轰击引起的氢化增强现象.
It is suggested that the enhancement of hydrogenation induced by 27keVAr + bombardment on the surface of Mg-Ni alloy is related to the beam dose. It is suggested that the model of surface phase change should be used to discuss the enhancement of hydrogenation caused by ion bombardment.
