大肠息肉为肠道常见疾病之一,本文报告大肠息肉41例,并进行讨论。临床资料本人在内蒙古医学院附院内窥镜室进修期间收集住院病人中大肠息肉12例(外科9例内科3例),门诊29例(从1972～1985年),共41例。男27,女14,男比女为1.9:1,年龄在3～61岁,平均37岁。一、临床表现:便血17例(41.5%)、腹泻13例(31.7%)、腹痛11例(29.8%)、肛门肿物(指肛管息肉)6例(14.6%)、脓血便7例(17.1%)、清瘦4例、排便困难2例。二、实验室检查:住院病人中做血常规检查者9例,贫血7例(77.7%)、钡灌肠检查者9例,均为阳性。乙状结肠镜
Colorectal polyps is one of the common diseases of the intestine. This article reported 41 cases of colorectal polyps and discussed them. Clinical Data I collected 12 inpatients with colorectal polyps (surgery in 9 cases with internal medicine in 3 cases) and 29 in outpatients (from 1972 to 1985) during the study of the endoscope at the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical College. There were 41 cases in total. Male 27, female 14, male than female 1.9:1, aged 3 to 61 years old, an average of 37 years old. First, the clinical manifestations: 17 cases of hematochezia (41.5%), diarrhea in 13 cases (31.7%), abdominal pain in 11 cases (29.8%), anal tumor (refers to anal polyps) in 6 cases (14.6%), pus and blood in 7 cases ( 17.1%), thin 4 cases, 2 cases of defecation difficulties. Second, laboratory tests: 9 cases of in-patient blood routine examination, anemia in 7 cases (77.7%), barium enema examination in 9 cases, are positive. Sigmoidoscopy
