学生成长档案袋的做法,能调动中学生的参与热情,使他们能体验到成功的快乐,并富有创造性地进行参与性学习。记录袋除了记录功能外,更重要的是产生一种激励功能,引导学生关注自身的发展过程,为他今后的发展打下坚实的基础。同时从中培养学生的收集、分析、整理资料的能力,学会认识自我、反思自我、展示自我,以此促进学校的德育工作,培养合格的新时代中学生。
