通过对采用钻探单一手段的兴隆庄煤矿和采用综合勘探的济宁二号井的探采对比，客观评价了原植查报告的勘探程度，提出了今后煤田地质勘探应采用以数字地震为主的综合勘探，并对地震的研究方向提出要求。
