[目的 /意义]选取英美7所知名大学图书馆不同阶段的战略规划文本为研究对象,对未来规划可能涉及的战略重点进行梳理,为我国大学图书馆“十三五”规划构想提供借鉴。[方法 /过程]通过横向、纵向比较分析,对战略规划关键领域所体现的显著变化点和持续关注点进行提炼,剖析关键领域的演变过程及策略。[结果/结论]分析表明,在各馆规划文本的演变过程中,其显著变化点集中体现在重视原生数字资源,聚焦数字化/在线学习、强调特藏可获取、强调馆员发展,同时,持续关注馆藏战略、支持学术交流、教学和研究的服务以及提升用户体验。 [Purpose / Significance] This paper selects the strategic planning texts from different periods of seven famous university libraries in the United States and Britain as research objects, sorts out the strategic priorities that may be involved in future planning, and provides reference for the university library’s “13th Five-Year Plan” planning. . [Methods / Processes] Through the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis, significant change points and continuous focus points reflected in the key areas of strategic planning are refined to analyze the evolution process and strategies of key areas. [Results / Conclusions] The analysis shows that significant changes in the planning texts of various museums are mainly reflected in the emphasis on digital resources, focusing on digitized / online learning, emphasis on access to special collections, emphasis on the development of librarians, and continuous Focus on collection strategies, support academic exchange, teaching and research services, and enhance the user experience.
